Khalil Ramos has already made a name for himself as a talented actor, but the newest member of the Kapuso family has a lot more up his sleeves.
Speaking to the press after signing with GMA Network on Tuesday, the “Dead Kids” star shared that he also dreams of writing and directing stories of his own one day.
The actor admitted he still has “a long way to go,” but he is really looking forward to what the future has in store for him at the Kapuso Network.
“It’s definitely a dream of mine to be able to write and direct stories but, as of now, it's really 50/50,” Khalil told GMA News Online.
“I currently have directed a few short films and music videos but ang dami ko pang kailangan pagdaanan just for me to be comfortable to helm a project sa production but, yes definitely, this is something that I’d want to do in the future and, again, if given the chance to do something like that here in GMA, solid ’yun,” Khalil said.
“I’m definitely up for it if there’s an opening, if pwede ako mag-pitch ng storya, I’d go for it,” he added.
Khalil Ramos has starred in many popular movies including “Dead Kids,” the first-ever Netflix film from the Philippines, and “LSS” where he starred alongside his girlfriend Gabbi Garcia.
The actor has proven to be a gifted photographer and filmographer.
Khalil officially made his directorial debut in 2017 when he shot the gorgeous music video for Gabbi’s debut single “All I Need” in Hong Kong.
