Ellen Adarna says there's 'pretty intense' energy with Derek Ramsay
Ellen Adarna admitted that there's "pretty intense" energy with Derek Ramsay.
On Instagram last Friday, Ellen shared photos from a quick trip to Lake Caliraya in Laguna with her son Elias, Derek, and other friends.
In the comments section, some netizens expressed their kilig over the two celebrities.
One netizen with the username @spiritual_warrior_gaia commented "Maka kilig whatever I see on [these] two energies that [form] into one. Bongga kayo na combination."
Ellen replied to the comment, saying "u feel the energy? Its pretty intense," followed by a three laughing emoji.
Meanwhile, Derek's friend Gerry Santos posted a video on his Instagram Story showing Derek and Ellen doing jump rope workouts together and said, "galing... inlove ang bff ko @ramsayderek07 kay @maria.elen.adarna."
The video was picked up by Instagram user @RoxyCoco12, who also reposted more workout videos of Ellen and Derek.
In one video, where the two were doing an ab workout, Gerry wrote, "perfect match," followed by an heart-eyed emoji. In another, he wrote he was "so happy for you both" tagging Ellen and Derek.
These workouts are only the latest in what seems to be a brewing affair that started last January, when Ellen and Derek were first spotted at a dinner party together with their friend Ruffa Gutierrez.
After being playful and comfortable with each other, the two were soon spotted in Batangas, and then on Valentine's Day, Ellen attended the dinner party at Derek's house.
On February 19, Derek posted a selfie photo with Ellen and her son Elias inside a car while they were on a road trip.
Derek just recently broke up with actress Andrea Torres after dating for over a year. The two confirmed their separation back in November, with Derek insisting there was "no third party."
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph last January 19, Derek did not deny that they enjoy each other's company.
"Kami ni Ellen, we are the same in so many ways. Hindi kami takot na ipakita ang nararamdaman namin o ipakita ang naiisip namin. We really enjoy each other's company," he told PEP.ph.
Both Ellen and Derek are currently single.
Ellen's son Elias is her child with actor John Lloyd Cruz. They have separated in 2019.
Fans and netizens alike are quick to note that John Lloyd is also the ex-boyfriend of Angelica Panganiban, who is also Derek's ex.
