Kelvin Miranda almost quit showbiz before ‘The Lost Recipe’ due to pandemic hardships
Kelvin Miranda has revealed that he almost quit showbiz before he got the opportunity to star in “The Lost Recipe” due to the hardships he went through during the pandemic.
In an interview with the press on Thursday, Kelvin said that before he was cast in the series, he just wanted to focus on himself and his studies.
[Honestly, I just wanted to focus on myself and my studies because I lost trust in myself due to everything that was happening.]
Feeling like the “end of the world,” Kelvin said the year didn’t start right for him, and the pandemic affected him in both financial and mental aspects.
However, the opportunity to star in “The Lost Recipe” came.
[It replaced everything I lost. It’s the biggest blessing I have received.]
Kelvin said “The Lost Recipe” made him believe in himself again after all the hardships he and his family faced when the pandemic began.
[This show gave me back the hope that I can do my craft, my dream, that I need to fight and believe in myself so I can improve and learn, so I can move on. I’m very grateful to have this kind of opportunity.]
