'Friends' TV Show? Joey de Leon reminds of local 'Friends' show in the '70s

"Friends" is certainly the hot topic these days, with the reunion of Joey, Chandler, Ross, Rachel, Monica, and Phoebe taking over conversations on the internet.

But on Sunday, Joey de Leon took to Instagram to remind everybody that waaaay before we adored that group of "Friends," there was this group of "Friends" on Philippine TV.

"Before 'Friends' on NBC, USA in the '90s, there was 'Friends' on Channel 4, Philippines in the '70s featuring Tito, Vic & Joey with Charo Santos!" Joey wrote.
