Here's what to expect from GMA's new weekly anthology 'Regal Studio Presents'

Kapuso viewers are in for something especially "Regal" this September.

"Regal Studio Presents" is a weekly anthology that features uplifting stories that are feel-good, romantic, exciting, and overall entertaining.

Get ready to see some of the Kapuso Network's brightest stars like Sanya Lopez, Ken Chan, Gabbi Garcia, Khalil Ramos, Sofia Pablo, Allen Ansay, and more in new "movie-like" original productions every weekend.

The fun starts this Saturday, September 11, with "That Thin Line Between," where Sanya and Ken teamed up to tell a unique and heartwarming love story between two neighbors who are total opposites.

Next, Sofia and Allen will star in "Raya Sirena," a modern-day fairytale about a social media star whose life turns upside down after magically transforming into a mermaid.

Last but not least, Gabbi and Khalil will pair up once again for "One Million Comments, Magjo-Jowa na Ako," a charming story about an online tutor who forms a deep, life-changing connection thanks to one viral social media post.

GMA Network and Regal Entertainment officially inked a partnership for their new and exciting collaborations on Tuesday.

"It's like a mini telemovie that you're going to be seeing," GMA Network First Vice President for Program Management Joey Abacan told internal press after a virtual contract signing.

"Tuwang-tuwa ako na tatlo na ang pelikula and patuloy pa kaming nagshu-shoot [I'm so happy that we have three movies now and we're still shooting more]," he said.

Regal Entertainment Vice President Roselle Monteverde also had a special message for all their Kapuso viewers.

"I'm really hoping, with this new venture and collaboration, [you will be entertained by our new collaboration with GMA] and we assure you that we will always deliver [timely and] relevant [stories]," she said.

"Regal Studio Presents" will air every Saturday, 8:30 p.m. on GMA starting this Saturday.
