MJ Lastimosa joins cast of ‘Agimat ng Agila’ as Rosebud

MJ Lastimosa is set to shake things up in the second season of “Agimat ng Agila” as Rosebud.

In an online interview with the press Monday, the Miss Universe Philippines 2014 described her character as someone who is full of surprises.

“Siya yung ordinary Marites lang. Homeowner, nakakasabay mo sa jogging pero yung reveal do’n is that extraordinary pala yung character niya,” she said.

According to MJ, Rosebud is very different from the roles she’s done. As such, she made sure to give it her all and is very excited.

Moe beauty queens have joined the “Agimat ng Agila,” including Miss World Philippines 2019 Michelle Dee as Serpenta and Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo as Agent Asha Raj.

Starring Sen. Bong Revilla, “Agimat ng Agila” Season 2 follows Maj. Gabriel Labrador and his journey to keep mankind and the environment safe. It airs every Saturday at 7:15pm. — LA, GMA News
