After her fun getaway in Balesin, Heart Evangelista is now back at the island of Sorsogon.

In her Instagram Stories, she could be seen arm in arm with husband and Sorsogon governor Francis "Chiz" Escudero on a runway.

Heart makes no secret of her love for Sorsogon, having lived in the province for two months.

It was her who came up with the idea for the GMA teleserye " I Left My Heart in Sorsogon ."

Heart is fresh off a vacation with her team in Balesin , another island that holds a special place in her heart as she married Chiz there.
