Ruru Madrid and Dingdong Dantes join forces to show off archery skills
Ruru Madrid and Dingdong Dantes just gave us an idea for an epic crossover!
On Instagram, Friday, the "Lolong" star shared a pair of photos where he can be seen practicing archery with the Kapuso Primetime King.
Now what comes to mind after seeing Dingdong with a bow and arrow? "Alyas Robin Hood," of course.
Just imagine the possibilities—Lolong and Robin Hood together will probably make quick work of their enemies.
But then again, both Ruru and Dingdong played Ybrahim from Kapuso fantaserye "Encantadia," so it could be a full-blown multiverse!
"The OG Rama Ybrahim," wrote the Kapuso Action-Drama Prince in his caption. "Idolo mula noon hanggang ngayon."
According to their comments, Ruru was a guest in a special episode of Dingdong's "Amazing Earth."
Dingdong also posted photos of them doing target practice on his Instagram account and wished Team Lolong the best of luck ahead of their premiere on July 4.
"Alyas Ybarro + Alyas Ybrahim = Alyas Lolong!" he said.
Dingdong played Ybrahim when "Encantadia" was first released in 2005. Ruru assumed the role in the 2016 reboot of the franchise.
Ybrahim is the heir of the Kingdom of Sapiro, but early in the series he is known as Ybarro to hide his real identity from the Hathors.
