Maxene Magalona shares snaps from Boracay as she celebrates 36th birthday

It's Maxene Magalona's birthday season!

Having recently turned 36, she took to Instagram to share photos of herself in Boracay, along with an insightful caption.

Maxene said she has three key themes for her birthday this year: prayerful, purposeful, and peaceful.

"To be at peace with who I am in the present moment, flaws and all, brings me so much freedom," she said. "Freedom from stress, anxiety, fear, depression, shame, guilt and all kinds of low vibrational energies."

She added that being in peace means learning to keep calm even when the world becomes "so chaotic and noisy."

"That even when there is a barrage of rumors going around about you, you will be able to stand calmly and peacefully in your truth," she said. "Happy birthday to me."

Maxene recently moved out of her marital home after confirming that she and ex-husband Rob Mananquil have separated .
