Marcelito Pomoy mourns the loss of his 'parekoy' Jovit Baldivino


Marcelito Pomoy is inconsolable following the death of his “parekoy,” Jovit Baldivino.

The “Pilipinas Got Talent” Season 2 grand winner shared a photo of him bidding farewell to Jovit during his wake.

 

 

 

“Sobrang sakit Parekoy!” Marcelito captioned with crying emojis.

In an earlier post, he shared that he tried calling Jovit right before his death. “[Pinipilit] ka pa naming kausapin at gisingin baka magmilagro pa,” he said.

 

 

 

“[Sobrang] sakit mawalan ng isang kaibigan.. ikaw yong taong unang sumuporta sa laban ko sa PGT," he added. “[Pahinga] ka na… no more pain parekoy… isa kang tunay na kaibigan… hinding hindi kita malilimutan…”

Jovit rose to fame after winning the first season of “Pilipinas Got Talent.” He passed away after collapsing at a party and falling into a coma. He was 29.

Marcelito won the second season of the talent competition, after which he competed in “America's Got Talent: The Champions,” finishing fourth. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
