Miguel Tanfelix on ‘Voltes V: Legacy:’ ‘Ang sarap maging Steve Armstrong'

There's no one better for the role of Steve Armstrong than Miguel Tanfelix.

At the press conference of “Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience,” the Kapuso actor expressed his pride in playing Steve in the legacy series.

Pero at the back of my head, ‘ang sarap maging Steve Armstrong ah’,” he shared.

When Miguel got a call back, informing him that he was chosen to play the role, the actor beamed joyfully and said he would do everything to give Steve justice.

“Isa yun sa mga pangarap kong role, so ayaw ko palagpasin ‘yung big opportunity na ‘yun,” he said.

After Tuesday’s press conference, the members of the press and VIP Kapuso guests were treated to an advance screening of “Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience.”

During the premiere, the main cast members, namely Miguel (Steve), Ysabel Ortega (Jamie Robinson), Raphael Landicho (Little John), Matt Lozano (Big Bert), and Radson Flores (Marc Gordon), turned emotional as they witnessed their three years of hard work on the big screen.

Catch  “Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience” on SM Cinemas from April 19 to 25. It includes material from the first three weeks of the upcoming TV series.
