GMA Thanksgiving Gala returns in July, Kapuso stars to dress in 'elegant formal' attires

Our favorite Kapuso stars are getting ready to wow us with their visuals!

According to Cata Tibayan's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, GMA Network's Thanksgiving Gala is set to return this year, following its "Old Hollywood" theme from last year.

The theme for the upcoming grand event in July is "elegant formal," which made Kapuso artists excited.

"Ito 'yung time para maging mukhang presentable lahat and maging elegant yung gabi para rin saming mga Kapuso artists," Rayver Cruz said.

"Magta-try ako ng something different na never ko pang nagawa or nasuot before. Pero mags-stick ako sa classic at clean pa rin," he added.

Meanwhile, Derrick Monasterio, who won "Male Best Dressed" last year, aims to have a "manly, sharp, and classic" style this time around.

The proceeds from the event will be donated to the beneficiaries of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
