Heart Evangelista, Bea Alonzo, Maja Salvador, and Kathryn Bernardo all in one frame?

That's exactly what Heart posted on Instagram Friday.

The Kapuso Fashion Icon posed for a snap with three of Philippine showbusiness' A-listers at a recent party hosted by the Aivee clinic.

"Rare gems are beautiful, but pure hearts are priceless," Heart wrote in her caption.

"Love this photo," Bea quickly commented as the newlywed Maja left three red-heart emojis in the comment section.

Dr. Aivee Teo, who owns the clinic piped in, saying "Love this photo. So nice to be reunited with all of you last night."

Ann Tirona, the PR head the clinic also posted the stellar pic on her Instagram Stories and used the same hashtag as Heart did on her post: #AiveeLeague.

All four celebrities are frequent visitors to the clinic, and posting their so-called Aivee days on their social media accounts.

Earlier this year, Heart and Bea unknowingly booked their self-care day at the same time and had a special encounter at the clinic.
