Kyline Alcantara starts taping for 'Shining Inheritance' adaptation

Kontrabida Kyline’s comeback is already in the works!

On Instagram Stories, Kyline Alcantara gave her fans a glimpse of her first day on the set of her upcoming series, an adaptation of the hit K-drama "Shining Inheritance.”

“1st day,” the Sparkle star wrote, sharing a photo of their setup at a cemetery.

In the next slide, Kyline thanked the series’ director, Jorron Monroy, for his kind words.

Sharing cinematic snaps of Kyline from one of the series’ scenes, the director said that he is “really happy to be directing this talented actress once again.”

“Excited to see how much her craft has matured,” he added.

In response, Kyline wrote, “Aww salamat po! [L]ove you, direk!”

Kyline last played an antagonist role five years ago in "Kambal, Karibal."

"Shining Inheritance" originally starred Lee Seung Gi, Han Hyo Joo, Moon Chae Won, and Bae Soo Bin. The story follows a woman from a rich family who suddenly loses everything after the death of her father.

Kyline will star in the adaptation with Kate Valdez, Paul Salas, Michael Sager, and Coney Reyes.
