'KMJS' Gabi ng Lagim The Movie': Your real-life horror stories can make it to the big screen

If you've ever experienced or witnessed a paranormal event, your story can be part of the upcoming "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho's Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie."

GMA Pictures and GMA Public Affairs are set to produce the upcoming film, which will premiere this year.

Filipinos who have encountered spine-tingling events can submit these stories on this microsite. Three stories will be chosen and will be featured in the film. Winners will also receive P20,000 each.

Story pitches will be judged by executives from GMA Pictures and GMA Public Affairs.

The criteria will be based on the story's fear factor, whether it is good enough to be part of a movie, and its uniqueness.

The full list of instructions is up on the site. The deadline for submission of entries is on February 29 at 11:59 p.m.

This film and contest are also in celebration of KMJS's 20th anniversary.

Gabi ng Lagim is the annual Halloween special of "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" featuring real-life horror-themed stories and episodes.
