BTS member J-Hope marked his 30th birthday on Sunday with a happy heart.

On Instagram, J-Hope whose real name is Jung Ho Seok shared a beautiful carousel of photos from his birthday celebration, including a celebration with fellow army, posing with a heart-shaped chocolate cake while on a military day off, and a birthday banner made by his beloved fans.

“Happy hobi day,” he wrote in the caption.

On the midnight of his birthday, his label Bighit Music dropped an 18-second teaser for his highly-anticipated documentary, "Hope on the Street," which highlights J-Hope’s story and love for dancing as he begins a new journey in his 12th year since debut.

The documentary will also feature songs from J-Hope’s special album “Hope on the Street Vol. 1.”

"Hope on the Street" will become available to Filipino viewers through Prime Video, which said it will begin streaming on Thursday, March 28.

The docuseries will have six episodes which will be released weekly every Thursday and Friday.

J-Hope became the second BTS member to serve in the South Korean military, when he enlisted in April 2023.

He has been an assistant instructor for new recruits at his training center, located in Wonju, Gangwon Province, home to the ROK army's 36th Homeland Defense Infantry Division.

BTS is expected to reconvene as a group in 2025.
