Julie Anne San Jose explains why she had to withdraw from Regine Velasquez's concert

Julie Anne San Jose is now doing better after being hospitalized on Friday, just a few moments before her supposed appearance at Regine Velasquez's concert.

In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Tuesday, Asia's Limitless Star said that she had severe stomach pain and a migraine attack.

She had already rehearsed the day before the concert and was really looking forward to her production number with Asia's Songbird.

"Paggising ko, bigla na lang ako nagsusuka tapos it went on for hours eh.

Even [Rayver Cruz] was there, pinuntahan din niya ako sa hospital," she continued.

Julie Anne said that she's grateful to Regine for understanding her.

"Siyempre nakaka-feel bad pa rin kasi talagang looking forward ako na makasama ulit si Ate sa stage," she said.

Julie Anne was previously in Canada with fellow Sparkle stars.

Last month, she renewed her contract with GMA Network and Sparkle.

Ito pong GMA network, this is already my second home," Julie Anne said.
