Kapuso programs, personalities reap awards in 7th Gawad Lasallianeta 

Kapuso programs and personalities dominated in the 7th Gawad Lasallianeta, taking home 24 awards. 

Hello, Love, Again,” top-billed by Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo, and co-produced by GMA Pictures, bagged the Most Outstanding Film award with Alden hailed as the Most Outstanding Film Actor for his role as Ethan in the movie. 

Meanwhile, Kapuso journalists Kara David and Atom Araullo as well as the Kapuso news magazine show “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” were named Hall of Fame Awardees for winning for five years in a row in their respective categories: Kara as Most Outstanding Female Documentarist, Atom as Most Outstanding Male Documentarist and KMJS as Most Outstanding Magazine Show.

Gawad Lasallianeta is organized by the De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU) recognizing the most outstanding media communicators in the Philippines. 

The award ceremony will be held on January 27, 2025 at DLSAU.
