Mark Herras on his viral dance video at a gay bar: 'Why not? Trabaho 'yun'

Mark Herras said his viral video dancing at a gay bar is merely work and nothing else.
In Toni Gonzaga's latest vlog, the Kapuso actor said he agreed to an offer to perform at the Apollo Male Entertainment Bar in Parañaque because it's another source of income for him.
"S'yempre inalam ko rin kung anong klaseng bar 'yan," he said. "[It's a] gay bar, sasayaw lang, walang problema."
For Mark, performing at a gay bar is similar to his other work opportunities, such as performing at festivals and even on TV shows.
"Dumating ako doon as performer talaga, as guest nila," he said.
"Nagkataon lang na gay bar siya, [and] what's wrong with it?" he added. "Hindi naman ako naghubad. I performed, I danced hip hop."
Mark also said he's not asking people to feel any pity for him, as he's only doing his best to provide for his family.
"Nasa stage ako ng buhay ko na wala akong pakialam sa mga sinasabi nila," he said.
"Basta ako, [kapag] trabaho, OK ako," he added. "So noong in-offer-an ako sa Apollo, why not? Trabaho 'yun eh."
Mark last starred in GMA Afternoon Prime series "Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap."
In December, Mark and his wife, Nicole Donesa, announced that they are expecting their second child together.
The couple got married in 2021 and welcomed their firstborn on the same year.
Mark rose to fame as the first Ultimate Male Survivor in GMA Network's reality talent competition show, "StarStruck," in 2003.
