The Script following Philippine concert: 'Nothing beats this place'

The Script was clearly overjoyed at being back in the Philippines.

The Irish rock band shared photos and videos from their sold-out two-night concert on Instagram. On February 11 and 12, they performed their top hits like “For the First Time,” “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved,” and “Hall of Fame” for their Filipino fans.

Vocalist Danny O'Donoghue even went down from the stage to sing for fans up close and personal.

“Philippines! The crowd, the vibe, the energy—nothing beats this place,” the band said on IG.

The Script has had concerts in Manila several times. They were last in the country in September 2022 for their Greatest Hits Tour.

The band currently consists of vocalist Danny, drummer Glen Power, bassist Benjamin Sargent, and guitarist Ben Weaver.

Guitarist Mark Sheehan was part of the band until his death in 2023.
