Ashley Ortega's memorable moments inside 'Pinoy Big Brother' house

Ashley Ortega is the first Sparkle star to exit "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," after she and her duo AC Bonifacio were evicted on the edition's first eviction night.

They were among the duos nominated last week, alongside Ralph De Leon and Michael Sager, and Will Ashley and River Joseph.

The AC-Ashley duo received the lowest percentage of votes to save, which was a total of 17.25%.

Ralph-Michael earned the highest percentage with 45.89%, while Will-River received 36.87% of the votes.

As she returns to the outside world, let us look back to three of Ashley's memorable moments inside the PBB house.

Turning emotional over her mom

Ashley has been vocal about her estranged relationship with her mom.

According to the Sparkle star, she hasn't talked to her mom for three years now and hopes to reconcile with her.

In one episode of PBB, Ashley turned emotional when she got the opportunity to "talk" to her mom during a task moderated by host and house guest Gabbi Garcia.

Facing a photo of her mom, Ashley admitted that she was also at fault for her estrangement.

"I know I caused you so much pain when I left because alam ko ring binuhos mo rin 'yung mundo mo sa akin," she said.

Before she left PBB house, Ashley received a letter from her mom, who said that she had forgiven the actress long ago.

After reading the letter, Ashley could not help but burst into tears.

"Sana po talaga, Kuya, paglabas ko dito, magkita po kami. Pero nagpapasalamat ako na hindi na siya galit sa 'kin," she said.

Reconciliation with AC Bonifacio

While inside Bahay ni Kuya, Ashley had a misunderstanding with her duo AC after the latter told her that she's not being genuine inside the house.

Shortly after, AC reflected on her words and reconciled with Ashley, which she wholeheartedly accepted.

Acting prowess

In her three-week stint as housemate, Ashley proved why she is one of the best actresses of her generation.

During their one-shot film task which they called "And The Prom Queen Is…" Ashley showed her acting skills with her impromptu lines and natural acting alongside her flawless facial expressions.
