Nora Aunor's fans line up for first day of public viewing


Nora Aunor’s fans flocked to the Heritage Park in Taguig for the first day of the public viewing of the remains of the Superstar.

According to GMA Integrated News’ Bernadette Reyes, numerous individuals are patiently lined up despite the intense heat outside.

Some fans even volunteered to help organize the crowd. They will enter the viewing area in groups of 10 people.

The first day of the public viewing is scheduled until 4 p.m. and will be followed by the second day on Sunday, also from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nora passed away on Wednesday at the age of 71.

The multi-awarded actress was named National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts in 2022. Some of her best films can be streamed online, including "Himala," "Minsa'y Isang Gamu-gamo," and "Tatlong Taong Walang Diyos."
