BINI Jhoanna, Stacey share about worst comments they've received and how they handled them

BINI members Jhoanna and Stacey opened up about the worst comments they have received and how they handled them to the housemates of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition."

In Tuesday night's episode, Kuya tasked the celebrity house guests to share their personal experience with bashing to remind the housemates the value of friendship and camaraderie.

This came following the heated discussion between Dustin Yu and Klarisse de Guzman the night before, which left everyone feeling tense.

Gathering the housemates, Jhoanna shared that the worst comment she ever received was "Walang kwentang leader."

According to the BINI leader, people are not used to having a leader who is outgoing, adding that she believes leadership is not about being strict.

"It's about guiding your members with heart. Ako kasi mas gusto ko and sinusunod ko 'yung taong minsan lang magalit, kasi once magalit sila ibig sabihin may reason, may pinanggagalingan. Pero kasi ang maganda kasi sa group ko, sa BINI, alam nila kung paano makinig, alam ko rin kung paano sila pakinggan," shared Jhoanna.

She also empathized with the week's task leaders, Klarisse and Will Ashley, about the pressures that come with being a leader.

"Kahapon pinigilan ko lang 'yung iyak ko pero naluluha na rin ako kasi parang sobrang relate talaga ako. Syempre na sa 'kin 'yung pressure, minsan mami-misinterpert 'yung thoughts ko, paano ko siya i-cocontrol. Katulad ng sabi ko kanina, bashing will never define us as a group, would never define me."

Jhoanna added that it's their hard work and love for their members that people will see in the long run. She also encouraged the housemates to be true themselves, "'Yung mga tao na magtatanggol sa inyo sa mga magagandang nagawa niyo."

Stacey, for her part, shared that the worst comment she received was "Snobber."

According to Stacey, she's naturally jolly but a negative experience with a Bloom in the past caused her to be shy when it comes to fan interaction.

"Parang tatlo lang kaming members 'yung pinapunta sa mga Blooms, parang 'Hi, hello,' tapos nag-hi ako sa isang Bloom tapos sabi niya, parang nag-sign siya ng, 'Hindi ikaw, siya,'" she shared. "So parang simula nung araw na 'yun, super na-hurt ako. Simula nangyari 'yung araw na 'yun, parang nagkaroon ako ng parang nahihiya na tuloy ako mag-hi."

Staacey added that after this, she would see comments from people calling her a "snobber."

"Pero dedma naman kasi syempre andun 'yung thought na baka nga talaga mukha akong snobber kasi sa experience na 'yun, pero they will never define us kasi mas kilala namin 'yung sarili namin," she said.
