Jon Lucas, Gabby Eigenmann, more stars join 'Sang'gre' cast

More cast members of "Sang'gre" have been revealed!

As seen in Aubrey Carampel's report in "24 Oras" on Monday, Jon Lucas, Gabby Eigenmann, Therese Malvar, and the Gueco twins Vito and Kiel will join Bianca Umali, Kelvin Miranda, Faith Da Silva, Angel Guardian in the upcoming Kapuso fantaseries.

"We're all excited to showcase what's installed for 2025 especially for 'Encantadia Chronicles' which is 'Sang'gre,'" Gabby said.

"Parang ito na 'yung resulta ng mga hirap, pagtatiyaga ng lahat ng mga nakaraang buwan. So noong lumabas 'yung teaser sobrang nakakatuwa. Nagbunga talaga. May magandang resulta," Jon said. 

In the series, Jon will portray Daron, while Gabby takes on the role of the fierce warrior Zaur. Therese will play Dina from the mortal world, and the Gueco twins are cast as Mantuk and Tukman.

Aside from the new Sang'gres, Gabbi Garcia, Glaiza De Castro, Kylie Padilla, and Sanya Lopez will be reprising their roles from the 2016 series.

"Sang'gre" is a spinoff of the iconic Kapuso fantaserye "Encantadia." 

It will feature the newest keepers of the brilyantes: Flamarra (Faith), Deia (Angel), Adamus (Kelvin), and Terra (Bianca).

Other new cast include Ysabel Ortega and Rhian Ramos who will play the role of the Ice Queen Mitena, the twin sister of Cassiopeia, a character played by Solenn Heussaff in the series. —Jade Veronique Yap/MGP, GMA Integrated News
