Can the water gun beat the sword?

Ryza Cenon on TikTok reacted to Camille Prats and Katrina Halili’s sword fight on “Mommy Dearest.”

Back the truck up: In a scene from the GMA Afternoon Prime Series, Olive (Camille) and Emma (Katrina) had an intense fight about Olive’s daughter Mookie, to the point that they hit each other with toy foam swords.

It reminded netizens of another iconic scene from Kapuso afternoon series, “Ika-6 na Utos” starring Ryza and Sunshine Dizon, where the two had a big fight and a pregnant Georgia (Ryza) pointed a water gun at Emma (Sunshine).

On TikTok, Ryza posted the clip together with netizen’s comment that said, “Ate, may tumalo na sa water gun mo. ‘Yung show nila Camille Prats ahaha.”

She inserted herself in the scene, and with a smirk, said “Sabeh?"  

Netizens were amused by Ryza’s video, with one fan saying “No one can outdo the original—the water gun."

“Water gun ni Georgia is the top tier,” another fan piped in.

Still others voiced their hope for Olive and Georgia to share the screen.  

In 2024, Ryza brought back her “Ika-6 na Utos” character by using a toy gun at a store.

“Mommy Dearest” airs weekdays at 3:20 p.m. on GMA Afternoon Prime.
