Barbie Forteza returns from 'Beauty Empire' South Korea shoot for final filming day of 'P77'
Barbie Forteza is back in the Philippines after flying to South Korea for her series "Beauty Empire."
According to Lhar Santiago's report on "24 Oras," Thursday, the Kapuso Primetime Princess arrived on Wednesday evening and promptly reported early the next day for the last shooting day of "P77."
"Ang saya kasi same group of people tapos same location parang nakakaano, binabalikan namin 'yung memories na habang nagshu-shoot kami dito sa 'P77.' Ang saya. It's great to be able to catch up with Direk Derick.
Barbie admitted that while she stars in the horror-suspense movie, she gets scared easily in real life.
Dati ano eh kahit may parang night lamp, nakabukas," she said.
Despite this, Barbie describes herself as "the best horror fan."
Talking about South Korea, Barbie said that filming there was really fun despite being challenging.
"Sobrang saya. Challenging siyempre kasi unfamiliar territory, so hindi siya as comfortable as when we shoot here in the Philippines. Pero masaya kasi first of all, lahat talaga very efficient and siyempre kasama ko si Kyline [Alcantara], so alam ko na I have someone to talk to, to lean on pagka pagod na. Parehas kaming nagkukuhaan ng energy ng chika," she said.
Barbie highlighted that her friendship with Kyline quickly "leveled up" because of their work trip, which they felt was too short, so they are already thinking of visiting again together.
Oo, masaya 'to," Barbie said. —Carby Rose Basina/MGP, GMA Integrated News
