Will Ashley says he is happy for Klarisse De Guzman as she joins 'Bar Boys: After School’

Will Ashley is nothing short of happy for Klarisse De Guzman as she joins the cast of “Bar Boys: After School," especially since this will be her acting debut.

In a media conference for the Sparkle housemates of “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" on Thursday, Will, who grew closer to Klarisse while inside Bahay ni Kuya, said he is very happy for the Kapamilya star’s achievement.

“Nakakatuwa. Sobrang nakakatuwa,” Will said.

The Sparkle star also commended Klarisse’s acting, saying that the viewers will see a different version of her.

“Noong nagkaroon kami ng shoot together ni Ate Klang, talagang di po na-feel na first time namin kasi talagang give na give din [si] Ate Klang,” he said.

“Ang galing sobra. Maski si Direk Kip, sinasabi niya sa akin na parang hindi niya first time. Talagang aktor si Ate Klang. Ibang version ni Ate Klang ang mapapanood niyo,” Will added.

According to Cinema Bravo, Klarisse will play the role of a breadwinner who is a sister of a law student.

Meanwhile, Will stars as Arvin, a law student in the “Bar Boys” sequel. His character, Arvin, is described as a working student who balances his job with law school.

Will is among the newest characters featured in the film alongside Sassa Gurl, Royce Cabrera, Bryce Eusebio, Therese Malvar, and Glaiza De Castro.

"Bar Boys: After School" is the sequel of the 2017 film directed by Kip Oebanda.

The sequel will also see Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Carlo Aquino, and Kean Cipriano reprising their respective roles from the first film.

Will ended his "PBB" stint as the second big placer alongside his duo Ralph De Leon. Meanwhile, Klarisse and her duo Shuvee Etrata were the last housemates to get evicted through public voting.
