Chace Crawford celebrates 40th birthday with Kelsey Merritt

Chace Crawford is celebrating his 40th birthday with no less than Kelsey Merritt beside him.

On Instagram Stories, Chace reposted birthday greetings dedicated to him and then uploaded a photo of the Filipino-American model all smiles while holding a birthday cake.

“Happy birthday, darling” was written on the cake, accompanied by silver candles.

The photo was followed by a mirror selfie of them together, with the “Gossip Girl” actor’s hand on Kelsey’s waist.

The two first sparked dating rumors in January when they were spotted together having coffee in California.
