Jillian Ward, David Licauco vow to give their best for ‘Never Say Die’

Jillian Ward and David Licauco are committed to giving their best in delivering “Never Say Die” to their audience.

According to Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras” Wednesday, David’s biggest adjustment for the project is working with a new leading lady.

“It's always nice to work with a new actress na makakasama mo sa eksena kasi para ma-test mo rin ‘yung pagiging actor mo. I see that Jillian is also passionate in acting,” he said.

Jillian is equally thrilled about the project and the opportunity to work alongside David.

“Excited ako na matuto from them and, ayun, parang bagong experience talaga po itong show na ito for me,” she said.

When asked about the numerous action scenes, Jillian confidently declared, “Palaban ako.”

She acknowledged that while her co-stars are seasoned athletes and action stars, this is her first time tackling such a demanding action role.

“Ibibigay ko po ‘yung best ko. I will do everything,” she said, sharing that she even dedicates her rest days to jogging and working out to build her strength.

Jillian recently starred in "My Ilonggo Girl" and appeared on "Mga Batang Riles," while David starred in "Pulang Araw" and also has a guest appearance on "Beauty Empire."
