Will Ashley reflects on his role in ‘Bar Boys: After School'

Will Ashley has some food for thought about his character Arvin in “Bar Boys: After School." 

On X (formerly Twitter), the Sparkle star reposted the first official teaser of the sequel, which featured his character, along with a heartfelt message dedicated to the working class. 

“Sa lahat ng Arvin, malapit kayo sa puso ko. Madalas dehado ang mahihirap, ang mga manggagawa. Sobrang daming potential na talent and utak who have been more if they had more,” Will wrote. 

He also expressed excitement about his character, which fans will be seeing more of soon.

Bar Boys: After School” released its first official teaser on Sunday, which gave a glimpse of Arvin’s life as a working law student.

The teaser also features a scene of Arvin studying while working, before being summoned by his boss, Ziggy (Emilio Daez), to return to his duties. 

Will and Emilio are among the new characters in the film, along with Klarisse De Guzman, Sassa Gurl, Royce Cabrera, Bryce Eusebio, Therese Malvar, and Glaiza De Castro

"Bar Boys: After School" is the sequel to the 2017 film "Bar Boys" directed by Kip Oebanda.

The sequel will also see Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, Carlo Aquino, and Kean Cipriano reprising their respective roles from the first film.
