Dia Mate to release new song 'Ako Lang'

Dia Mate is set to drop her newest track titled "Ako Lang" on Friday.

On Instagram, Reina Hispanoamericana 2025 shared photos of herself sporting a schoolgirl-inspired look, donning a pleated skirt, plaid tie, and glasses against a vivid red backdrop.

"May bagong kanta na akooo!" she wrote in the caption.

The release of "Ako Lang" follows Dia's empowering anthem "Ganda Gandahan," which she dropped in 2024. The song is also the official sound track of "Beauty Empire."

Dia won the Philippines' second Reina Hispanoamericana crown in February, after Winwyn Marquez first won the title in 2017.

She also took home the Best in National Costume award, donning an Ehrran Montoya dress inspired by the Baroque Churches of the Philippines.

In May, Dia said that her boyfriend, Juan Karlos, helps her in her music career.

"He really helps me, especially with the music industry, like he helps me with my music and when I need advice," she said.
