Bianca Umali, Angel Guardian, Kelvin Miranda reveal they are ‘back on set’ for new chapter of ‘Sang’gre’

The cast of “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” have returned on set for a new chapter for the beloved Kapuso series!

Bianca Umali, Angel Guardian, and Kelvin Miranda revealed this in Aubrey Carampel’s report on “24 Oras,” Wednesday, expressing gratitude for the unwavering love and support from their dedicated fanbase.

“Kami po ay back on set na ngayon dahil we are very grateful. Dahil po sa pagmamahal po sa amin ng mga Encantadiks, ang ‘Encantadia Chronicles’ po ay may bagong yugto,” Bianca said.

She added that the fan support has fueled their commitment to enhance the series.

“Mas naengganyo kaming mas maging creative. Mas naengganyo kami na mas paghusayan at mas gandahan pa kasi alam namin na merong mga mananood ang mga nakatutok at nakaabang,” Bianca said.

In recent episodes, the series has shown the coming together of the four new gem keepers, including Flamarra, played by Faith Da Silva.

“We are very grateful kasi kahit ano man ang mangyari, sinundan po talaga nila ‘yung kuwento. At hanggang ngayon ay mas lalo na sinang nakakapit,” Bianca said.

“Kinakabahan din kami siyempre at masaya din dahil alam namin sa isa't-isa kung ano ‘yung napagdaanan namin,” Kelvin said.

One of the most anticipated plot points is how Pirena (Glaiza De Castro) and Flamarra will accept Deia (Angel) as the next guardian of the air gem, given that she grew up among enemies in Mine-a-ve.

“Hindi ko rin naman masisisi ‘yung mga Sang’gre kasi, siyempre, si Deia galing siya sa mga kalaban. Pero masakit din ‘yun for me as Deia, sa character ko, kasi syempre ramdam na ramdam ko talaga na hindi ako belong,” Angel said.

"Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." You can also watch it online via the Kapuso Stream on YouTube.
