Is Rita Daniela dating someone new?

The Sparkle star just celebrated her 30th birthday and ending the Reel she shared on social media was a capture of her sweet moment with basketball player Mclaude Guadaña. 

The two were seen looking cozy on a sofa, holding hands and clearly enjoying each other's company.

Mclaude is among those tagged in Rita's post, and quick click to his Instagram profile showed a cute encounter between the two from four days ago. 

On a post which Mclaude captioned "ride with me?" Rita asked a cheeky question: "Drive thru pwede?" 

Mclaude heart-reacted to Rita's comment and replied, “pass sa drive thru, dine-in pag sa 'yo boss.”

Rita received the Best Actress award for her performance in “Madawag ang Landas Patungong Pag-asa” at Sinag Maynila 2025 on Sunday and according to Pep, Mclaude was present with her at the ceremony.

Rita is a single mom to her son Uno whom she welcomed in 2022. In an interview on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" in June 2023, Rita said she has parted ways with her non-showbiz partner, who is the father of Baby Uno.

Meanwhile, Mclaude plays for the Lyceum Pirates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Philippines. He was also a Batang Gilas player who represented the Philippines at the 2018 FIBA Under 16 Asian Championship.
