December Avenue is joining The Fray’s upcoming Manila concert!

Midas Promotions announced that the “Sa Ngalan ng Pag-Ibig” hitmakers will share the stage with the American rock band, making it a double-headline gig. It promises to be the “ultimate hugot concert of the year.”
 
The Fray’s How to Save a Life: The 20th Anniversary Tour is making a stop at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on December 12.

“How to Save a Life,” released in 2005, features some of The Fray’s now-classic songs like the title track, “Over My Head (Cable Car),” “Look After You,” “All at Once,” and “She Is.”

The band last had a concert in Manila in 2012 at the Big Dome.

Meanwhile, December Avenue was named Spotify Philippines' most-streamed artist in 2019, besting global superstars Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran.

In 2024, December Avenue’s hit song “Kung ‘Di Rin Lang Ikaw” was among the songs featured in “Hello, Love, Again,” starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards. It’s the Philippines’ highest-grossing film of all time.
