Barbie Forteza to fly to Chicago this October to spend time with family

After a busy year, Barbie Forteza is taking her much-needed break from work.

According to Aubrey Carampel’s report in “24 Oras” on Monday, the Kapuso Primetime Princess will be flying to Chicago, Illinois, this month to spend some time with her family.

“Humihinga muna. Mag-self reflect,” Barbie shared.

“[Doon ako] sa ate ko ulit. Puntahan ko ulit ‘yung pamangkin ko. Doon ako mag-halloween. Trick or treat ganon,” she added.

Barbie also said that her vacation is much-needed as she will be preparing for her upcoming projects.

“Thankfully pagbalik ko marami tayong nakaabang na proyekto, mostly pelikula. Kaya I’m very excited,” the Kapuso star said.

“‘Yung pelikulang gagawin ko, iba-iba ‘yung characters na gagawin ko. Iba-iba ‘yung material so ang saya kasi napupush talaga 'yung growth ko as an actress,” she added.

In November 2024, Barbie also flew to Chicago to celebrate Halloween.

Barbie recently starred in “Beauty Empire,” and in the movies “P77” and  “Kontrabida Academy.” 

Despite her busy schedule, the Sparkle star always finds time to unwind and connect with her friends.

She recently had a Pilates session with Bea Binene, enjoyed a movie and food trip with Kyline Alcantara and Bianca Umali, and even attended Cup of Joe’s concert.
