Emman Atienza's family warns vs. unauthorized solicitations linked to her passing

Sparkle GMA Artist Center issued a statement on behalf of the Atienza family, warning the public against unauthorized activities or solicitations being linked to the passing of Emman Atienza.

The statement posted on Saturday reads, “The Atienza Family would like to clarify that they are not, in any way, associated with any activities, solicitations, or collections being conducted in relation to the wake or passing of their beloved Emman.”

“We kindly ask everyone to respect the family’s privacy as they mourn and honor the memory of Emman during this difficult time.”

The statement also included a screenshot of a TikTok post that used a photo of the late Sparkle influencer.

The fake post said, “Buy only one product and all the fun will go to Emman Atienza family. Let support them by [buying] in the yellow basket.”

Emman’s unexpected passing was announced by Kuya Kim and their family on Friday.

She was 19 years old.

In what would be her last broadcast message on Instagram, posted on September 1, she opened up about the pressures of social media and taking a break from TikTok
