Angel Guardian, Kyline Alcantara wow with performances in ‘OST Symphony II: K-drama in Concert’

Angel Guardian and Kyline Alcantara impressed with their performances in the “OST Symphony II: K-drama in Concert” held on Saturday in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. 

According to Aubrey Carampel’s report in “24 Oras” Monday, the Sparkle stars were among the special guests at the event. Angel performed "Bagong Tadhana" from "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre," while Kyline sang “My Destiny" from the Philippine adaptation of “My Love From the Star.”

According to Angel, it was a dream come true to perform in the concert. 

“Talagang napakalaking karangalan. Pangarap ko lang ‘yon and na-tick na naman ako sa boxes  ng mga goals ko or mga gusto kong magawa,” she said.

“Medyo paos pa rin ako ngayon kung naririnig niyo. Pero thank God dahil nairaos ko,” she added.

The “Sang’gre” star even got a voice coach to deliver a more meaningful performance, per the report. 

Meanwhile, Kyline was honored to sing "My Destiny" as she is a big K-drama fan. 

“I’m such a K-drama fan kaya isang malaking karangalan and I’m such a fan girl right now,” she shared.

“I hope magkaroon pa ako ng ganitong experience in life,” Kyline added.

The concert is the second installment of a tie-up collaboration between the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC), and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP).
