'House of Lies': Kris Bernal, Beauty Gonzalez, Mike Tan, Martin Del Rosario, more to star in drama series

"House of Lies" is coming to GMA Afternoon Prime soon and it's bringing a powerhouse cast to boot! 

According to Aubrey Carampel's report in "24 Oras" Tuesday, among the upcoming drama's stars are Kris Bernal, Beauty Gonzalez, Mike Tan, and Martin del Rosario. 

Beauty expressed her support and excitement for her co-star Kris as "House of Lies" is the latter's comeback series after taking a break from showbiz for a few years. 

"I'm so blessed na finally pagbabalik mo it's gonna be with this. I know 'yung hunger and fire niya kasi ilang years din siya nagpahinga, so I know how it feels na 'yung excitement mo pagbalik sa trabaho, andami mong baon," said Beauty. 

Kris, who will be playing a kontrabida role in the series, also praised her co-star. 

"Happy ako na kay Beauty naman kasi si Beauty ang galing din talagang artista. Medyo na-p-pressure nga ako, kinabahan talaga ako," she admitted. 

Beauty will be paired alongside Mike Tan in the series, making this the first time the two will work together. 

"She's really different, very lovely, very accommodating, mabait na — tinanggal niya 'yung wall niya dun sa workshop, so mas nagkakaintindihan kami — na madali rin pala mapatawa so OK na," said Mike of Beauty. 

Martin, on the other hand, will play the role of Kris' husband in "House of Lies."

Also part of the cast are Jackie Lou Blanco, Geo Mhanna, Kayla Davies, Angel Cadao, and Kokoy De Santos.
