Vicki Belo rides MRT for the first time

Vicki Belo has experienced riding the MRT for the first time.

On TikTok, the celebrity doctor shared a video of herself detailing her experience riding the train.

In the video, Vicki said that she opted to ride the MRT going to Araneta-Cubao to watch Morrisette's concert because of the heavy traffic.

"Something I've never done before, I'm going to ride the MRT. I'm supposed to watch Morrisette and the traffic is so bad and I'm gonna be so late so ayan," Vicki said.

"Mas mabilis nga ang MRT compared to a Ferrari in Metro Manila!" she added.

Vicki's video earned praise from netizens and sparked a call for a better public transportation system in the Philippines.

"And this folks is why we should invest in public transpo," a user wrote.

"Dapat talaga more MRT and LRT. Mas convenient 'yan 'pag madami," another netizen said.

At 69, Belo has become one of today's most popular celebrity doctors. Aside from taking care of her showbiz clients, she has given out skincare advice to her followers online.

She is married to Hayden Kho and they have a daughter named Scarlet Snow.
