Rochelle Pangilinan on her return as Agane in ‘Sang’gre’: ‘Ang surreal’

Rochelle Pangilinan described her return as Agane in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” as a surreal experience.

In Aubrey Carampel’s report on “24 Oras,” Thursday, the Kapuso actress shared how it felt to reunite with her fellow Hathors on set nearly a decade after the 2016 series.

“Ang surreal no’ng pakiramdam na nagkita-kita kami sa set at talagang babalik ang mga Hathor dito sa ‘Encantadia’ kaya no’ng nagkita-kita kami nila Glaiza [De Castro], nila Kuya John Arcilla, bumalik talaga ‘yung mga alaala namin noong 2016, and siyempre, may pressure na dapat ay mas galingan namin ngayon,” Rochelle said.

Rochelle also expressed her gratitude to viewers for warmly welcoming their return.

“Maraming salamat po at hindi kayo natakot sa ‘min eh, parang mas na-excite kayo na babalik ang Hagorn-Agane-Gurna. Sobrang grateful po. Nagkaroon ulit ng ganitong klaseng—sabihin na nating—reunion,” she said.

Agane and Hagorn (John Arcilla) first appeared in "Encantadia" in 2016 as among the show's villains. Hagorn was the King of Hathoria, while Agane was his right-hand assassin.

"Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." You can also watch it online via the Kapuso Stream on YouTube.
