Susan Enriquez recalls selling banana cue as a child to help her family

Susan Enriquez looked back on her life before she became the award-winning journalist she is today.

In the latest episode of "Your Honor," hosted by Chariz Solomon and Buboy Villar, the Kapuso journalist opened up about her childhood, recalling how she grew up in poverty and sold food to help support her family.

Tapos namumorsyento ako," Susan said.

"Gusto ko talaga kumita, kasi nga mahirap kami," she added.

From selling banana cue, Susan later began helping out in their small carinderia as she grew older. She even sold cooked meals in the market, working from six in the evening until six in the morning to help her family make ends meet.
