Waynona Collings says she wants to go back to school; plans to pursue fashion

During her short stint in “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0,” Waynona Collings opened up about her life, revealing she had stopped schooling to help her parents make ends meet.

Now that she’s back in the outside world, the Ate de Pamilya ng Quezon City said she wants to go back to school and finish her studies. 

“Of course gusto kong bumalik ng school. Kasi importante siya for me,” Waynona told GMA News Online in an exclusive interview. 

According the Sparkle star, she was initially shy to admit she stopped schooling but made realizations after her revelation.

“At first kasi nahihiya akong sabihin na tumigil ako. Scary siya eh. But naisip ko rin na, school will always be there. And as long as I have the means to go back, I will,” Waynona said.

The 18-year-old finished junior high school, but did not enroll in senior high school. In the future, Waynona said she wants to pursue fashion. 

“So ang gusto kong i-pursue ay honestly I want to go with fashion. Something with fashion. Actually ayan ‘yung moniker ko noong Sparkle teen days, “Ang Dazzling Fashionista. So I wanna pursue it,” she shared. 

Waynona was among the first housemates evicted from the "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0." She exited Bahay ni Kuya alongside her teammate Kapamilya star Reich Alim.
