Bea Borres on getting pregnant young: 'I discourage it because it's hard'

Bea Borres opened up about the challenges of early pregnancy, saying she hopes her experience helps young women make more mindful decisions.

On Facebook, the vlogger uploaded photos of herself lying down with a nasal cannula assisting her.

“I share my hardships not because I regret anything but because this is my reality. I want other girls, and one day my  daughter, to understand how important  it is to love yourself and choose better,” Bea wrote in the caption.

She added that she’s doing everything for her baby and that while she feels sad and overwhelmed, such emotions don't make her a bad mom.

“I never normalized being pregnant at a young age. In fact,  I discourage it because it’s hard,  & I’ll teach my daughter the importance of choosing herself too,” she said.

She ended her post by writing, “I hope my followers  learn from my journey and make wiser choices than I did, cuz the reality is  babae talaga ang talo dito.”

Bea announced her pregnancy in August. That same month, she shared a sonogram and revealed that she is having a baby girl.

She also said that she will not be co-parenting with anyone and advised fellow single moms to focus on themselves and build their wealth. 

Bea is undergoing a high-risk pregnancy and needed to skip her baby shower.
