Jessica Soho on KMJS' 'Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie: 'Lahat po binuhos na namin dito'

Jessica Soho is proud to finally present KMJS' "Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie" to cinemagoers. 

As seen in Aubrey Carampel's live report on "24 Oras," Monday, Jessica attended the black carpet premiere of the film along with stars Sanya Lopez, Jillian Ward, and Miguel Tanfelix.

The award-winning broadcast journalist reflected on the journey of "Gabi ng Lagim" from its 10 years as a Halloween television special and now making it to theaters.

"Napakalaking lundag nito ika nga, big leap ho ito para sa amin from the small screen to the big screen," she said. "Binusisi talaga ito, piling-pili po 'yung mga kuwento, pinabongga 'yung mga special effects, lahat po binuhos na namin dito."

"Inilevel up, pinabongga ho ito kasi ginawa ho naming experiential kung dati nanonood lang ho tayo sa TV screen, ngayon papasok ho kayo sa malamig at madilim na sinehan para sa 'Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie,'" she added.

Jessica also praised the actors for their performances in the film, which will bring to life three stories: "Pocong," "Berbalang," and "Sanib."

"Ang nakakatakot ho dito, hindi lang ho ito kathang-isip—totoong mga karanasan ng totoong mga tao, so hango sa totoong mga pangyayari kaya nga ho mas lalong nakakatakot," she said.

"Kailangan magsama talaga ng kasama, kaibigan, pamilya, kasi baka hindi nyo ho kakayanin ito mag-isa," she added. 

"Gabi ng Lagim: The Movie" will be on cinemas on November 26. —MGP, GMA Integrated News
