Jessica Sanchez shares update on new music: 'Album is on the way'
Jessica Sanchez is preparing to release new music as she revealed to fans that her music album is underway.
The "America's Got Talent" Season 20 winner took to Instagram to share updates on motherhood and music, sharing adorable photos and clips of herself with husband Rickie Gallardo and their newborn baby, Eliana.
"These weeks have changed me in ways I can’t explain. Overwhelming love, healing, late nights, and moments I’ll never forget. I’m beyond grateful for my little family and for all of your support," she wrote in the caption.
Jessica then expressed her excitement to return to music and confirmed her upcoming album.
"I’m excited to step back into the music, into my purpose, and into everything we’ve been building. The album is on the way. And I’m ready," she shared.
The Filipino-American singer won "America's Got Talent" in September and gave birth to her daughter in mid-October.
Jessica returned to the talent show in July, where she received a golden buzzer from Sofia Vergara. She first went on the show at age 10 and reached the semi-finals. She then rose to fame as the runner-up in "American Idol" Season 11.
She is set to return to the Philippines this December to perform at Newport World Resorts' New Year's Countdown event on December 31.
