Kuya reprimands Iñigo Jose over use of code names in ‘PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0’

Iñigo Jose was reprimanded by Kuya himself for using code names while talking to the other housemates in “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.”

Sunday’s episode featured Iñigo using the code names Raphael for himself, 1st Princess for Sofia Pablo, and 2nd Princess for Lella Ford as he shared a story about the three of them to his fellow housemates.

Aside from Iñigo, Joaquin Arce also used the code names Trey for Ashley Sarmiento, Bryan for Iñigo, Sunny for Lella, and Charlotte for Princess Aliyah. 

Upon learning that code names were being used inside the house, Kuya summoned Iñigo into the confession room to discuss the use of code names and other coded terms in the house.

Explaining his side, the Kapamilya star said, “Hindi ko mapigilan ‘yung sarili ko na ma-convey ko rin ‘yung message sa other person, so binabalutan ko ‘yung truth para i-convey or para sabihin ‘yung totoo kong nararamdaman.”

Kuya then told him that using code names and coded terms inside the house is a violation, as is talking while under the blanket — another rule Iñigo had broken.

“Parte ng pagpapakatotoo sa sarili mo ang pag-amin o pagsabi ng iyong totoong nararamdaman,” Kuya added.

After his conversation with Kuya, Iñigo approached Joaquin to explain his side and apologize for sparking drama over the code names, to which the latter accepted.

"PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0" airs weeknights at 9:40 PM, Saturdays at 6:15 PM, and Sundays at 10:05 PM on GMA.
