Barbie Forteza to star in Brillante Mendoza film ‘Until She Remembers’
Barbie Forteza is part of the all-star cast of “Until She Remembers,” written and directed by Brillante Mendoza.
The Kapuso Primetime Princess joins a cast of veteran actresses, including Charo Santos-Concio and Boots Anson-Roa.
In the official teaser, Barbie is heard reciting a Pablo Neruda poem, “Tonight I Can Write (The Saddest Lines).”
She is also seen as a student, pushing Anson-Roa on a wheelchair, and sharing a hug with Santos-Concio. More has yet to be revealed about the plot.
“Until She Remembers” is set to premiere in 2026. More cast members include Angel Aquino, Albert Martinez, Eric Quizon, and Vince Rillon.
Barbie recently starred in the Kapuso series “Beauty Empire,” and in the movies “P77” and “Kontrabida Academy.”
Meanwhile, Mendoza is best known for the films “Kinatay,” “Ma’ Rosa,” and “Thy Womb.”
