On 28th birthday, Liza Soberano says she’s in the process of ‘rebuilding myself’
Liza Soberano turned 28 on January 4, and the Filipino-American actress took to X to explain her silence on social media.
“I know I’ve been quiet for a while—I’ve been taking time to rebuild myself so I can come back stronger, wiser, and with even more love to give,” she wrote.
In her message, Liza also thanked her fans and supporters for the heartfelt birthday messages.
“To those who’ve stood by me through every chapter, thank you. I love you all and can’t wait to reconnect,” she said.
Earlier, Liza marked her 28th birthday with sultry photos taken by celebrity photographer BJ Pascual.
Liza is coming off a huge revelation she made last year. In the podcast documentary series, "Can I Come In?" she talked about her traumatic childhood in the US, and opened up about her breakup with Enrique Gil.
Liza is set to star in “Forgotten Island” alongside Lea Salonga, Manny Jacinto, and H.E.R., an upcoming animated film centered around Philippine mythology.
She made her Hollywood debut in the film “Lisa Frankenstein,” where American film critics praised her for her performance.
