How 'Cruz vs. Cruz' stars Vina Morales, Gladys Reyes, Neil Ryan Sese supported Lexi Gonzales amid reported breakup

Vina Morales, Gladys Reyes, and Neil Ryan Sese shared how they offered comfort and support for co-star Lexi Gonzales while she went through a personal moment.

On Tuesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the King of Talk said, "Itong panahon na ginagawa ang 'Cruz vs. Cruz' — unfortunately, ang ating mahal na si Lexi (Gonzales), ay nagkahiwalay ng kanyang boyfriend."

"Kayo ba'y sumuporta? Kayo ba'y nagbigay ng advice, tungkol kay Lexi at Gil (Cuerva)? What happened?" Tito Boy asked the veteran stars.

Lexi and Gil have yet to publicly confirm their split but the castmates' remark highlighted the close bond and familial care they share within the "Cruz vs. Cruz" team.

According to Neil, they did videoke "noong gabi na 'yun."

“Kinantahan namin siya ng malulungkot na awitin,” he continued, with Gladys saying they sang songs like “Someone That I Used to Love.”

“Sinusuportahan namin siya," Vina said. "Hindi na alam kung maiiyak ba siya o matutuwa sa amin," she added, with Gladys saying she noticed the Sparkle star in tears as Vina sang.

“Gano’n kami, Tito Boy, ‘pag alam namin may pinagdadaanan ‘yung isa sa mga kasama sa cast, para na talagang pamilya. Minsan walang salita, iha-hug lang namin,” Gladys said.

“Full support naman talaga,” Vina said.

Lexi and Gil Cuerva have reportedly called it quits though the two Sparkle artists have yet to confirm anything.

In her 2022 recap, Lexi called Gil her "plot twist" and in a February 2023 "Fast Talk" appearance, Gil confirmed their relationship. The two first met when Lexi guested "Taste Buddies."
