Ashley Rivera jokes about giving away her own 2026 calendars, hopes to see them in guardhouses

Ashley Rivera is taking her 2026 calendar into her own hands—literally.

On Thursday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the calendar girl for a liquor brand revealed that she’s already been personally giving away copies, with a quirky goal of seeing them posted in guardhouses, basketball courts, and barangay halls.

“‘Yun na nga kasi Tito Boy, na-reach ko na ‘yung goal ko na maging calendar girl. Ngayon, ang sunod kong goal eh makita 'yung calendar ko sa mga guardhouse. ‘Yung mga sa basketball court, ‘yung sa mga barangay,” Ashley said.

Per the Sparkle star, she now keeps stacks of calendars in her car because she received so many copies.

“Ang dami nilang binigay sa akin. Hindi ko alam anong gagawin ko. So, para akong nangangandidato,” Ashley said.

Among those who have already received calendars are Kapuso security guards.

“Next time, V.I.P. na ako lagi dito kahit walang parking, magkaka-parking ako. Kasi hindi nila pwede ipagkaila,” she said.

On a serious note, Ashley said she manifested the opportunity of being a calendar girl.

“Meron kasi kaming episode sa ‘Chicks 2 Go’ podcast. So, meron kaming ‘Bakit Hindi List.’ So, sabi ko lang, parang gusto kong maging calendar girl kasi not everyone gets that opportunity and I think it would be so fun. And inspired by Tita Carmi Martin. So, ayun. Sabi ko lang, parang gusto kong maging calendar girl. Tapos narinig ng brand. And kinuha nila ako. So, now, ayan na siya,” she said.

She added that the opportunity came at the perfect time.

“Hindi ko naman in-expect. As in, wala lang ‘yan. I wasn't expecting anything naman. And after two years din ata, or a year after that episode,” Ashley said. “I think perfect timing din, Tito Boy.”

Ashley appears in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” as the Batis ng Katotohanan.
